We collect information you choose to provide through our contact, consultation, product trial, developer request and careers forms. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone number, company, professional profile links, messages, employment information and résumé.
How we use your information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, evaluate business or recruitment requests, communicate about an application, maintain the security of the website and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. We do not sell personal information submitted through these forms.
Job applications and résumés
Résumés are stored in private file storage and are available only through authorized administrative access. A résumé uploaded for a job application but not attached to a completed application is automatically removed after the configured temporary-upload retention period, which is 48 hours by default. Information belonging to a completed application is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, private file storage, email delivery, security and other infrastructure needed to operate the service. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to us and are subject to their applicable contractual and privacy obligations.
Security
Administrative access is restricted to authorized users. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including private résumé storage, access controls, server-side validation and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Use the website contact form and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant submission. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
